1) Program/Project Consulting
- End to end portfolio delivery and operations expertise.
- Consulting & Process Management.
- Change Management including identification, assessment, planning and execution
- Provide support for business / functional leaders in strategic planning, strategy execution / implementation, and decision making.
- Coordinate development of cross region / function initiatives, harvesting and leading practices.
- Coordinate execution of cross LOB/country initiatives.
- Coordinate development of cross region/function initiatives, harvesting and leading practices.
2) Project Delivery of Key and Strategic Initiatives
- Estimating, Budgeting and Cost Management.
- Planning and Control.
- Risk and Issue Management.
- Quality and Defect Management .
- Communications Management.
- Project Closing & Document Retention.

- Project and Program Management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management
- Comfortable dealing ambiguity
- Committed to delivering expected results
- Able to influence individuals who do not report to the PMO
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
