[주요업무]
- Provides technical and supervisory oversight on all basic and higher valued/more complex claims handled by assigned staff.
- Maintains a current oversight diary to assist staff in attaining appropriate outcomes via ongoing review of claim files and by providing meaningful guidance and direction on claim handling, case evaluation and disposition strategy.
- Conducts open file follow-up reviews to ensure compliance.
- Provides reserve and settlement authority on cases evaluated within assigned authority levels and delegates to assigned staff.
- Provides training as necessary.
- Controls and directs activities of assigned staff to minimize claims litigation by ensuring appropriate claim service levels are maintained with customers. When litigation arises, ensures associated expenses are properly managed through effective use of litigation resources, proper budgeting, and creation of meaningful defense strategies on a file by file basis.
- Plans, manages and evaluates work of staff, makes decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment and staffing.

 

[자격요건]
- 유관경력 최소 10년 이상
- 손해사정사 2종(해상) 소지자
- 영어 능통자
